After our flat tire ordeal, we stopped in Deming, New Mexico. Our goal was to relax a little after the Rally in Tucson and we mostly accomplished that. We stopped in for burritos at Irma's and hiked around looking for Ibex.

RockHound State Park is a great place to stay if you are in the area. The sister State Park is just down the road and the hikes there were just as good. Just after Deming we are heading to the Fort Davis Mountains and visiting Fort Davis National Historic Site.
