Are you preparing your Airstream for the freezing temperatures ahead? Winterizing your RV is crucial to prevent damage and ensure a smooth camping experience when the weather warms up. However, we are full time in our Airstream and we can't "winterize", so we have to prep for freezing temperatures in a different way. In this video, we'll cover the essential steps to get your Airstream ready to camp in while the weather is freezing. The weather in Pahrump, NV while we were there hovered around 30 degrees each night, which led to frozen hoses for many people and at least one burst pipe while we were there. Another issue we ran into while we were there was that our furnace stopped working. We were able to correct it by reseting the system, but we are still going to have to replace the sail switch soon, since the furnace is not consistently working. Look for that in the coming weeks.
